The service was excellent, no unnecessary upselling, and the deposit process was straightforward.

At the store, we upgraded to a Tesla Model 3. The staff at the store gave us a weekly discount, which was very cost-effective. The service was decent as well. The car was cleaned and delivered to us when we picked it up. The charging account was already set up. Renting a car in the US is still convenient and affordable.

Waited 45 minutes for the shuttle from the airport to the car rental company and another 2 hours to pick up the car. There were too many people, not enough service counters, and it took a long time.

Had to wait more than one hour to get the car. Car seats were stained and the car was smelly all over. Reason for lateness was seemingly related to late arrival of planes(then why would the car not available then???). The service rep suggested to drop the car rental given the delays expected for pick-up. I had to incur cost because of this.
