No problems

We arrived late and there was no line. We were greeted by a female intern who was very friendly. Noticing that one of us had mobility issues, she kindly offered to drive the car to the entrance to make it easier for us to get in. It was very touching!

They did not truthfully inform about the pre-existing damages to the vehicle.

Service at pick-up was great. We realised the vehicle we had booked was a little small for the amount of luggage we had however we were quickly upgraded to a larger vehicle which cost around $20 extra per day. Very easy process and made such a difference.

The platform is fantastic. Really have enjoyed using the website and the comprehensive information it contains making the booking process so much easier.

staff were not trained to recognise a UK drivers licence and so refused to give us the car. I even phoned the Enterprise customer service desk who were useless. We had to wait for over an hour till they found a book that showed them what a UK driving license looked like. This was a terrible experience

Like: They were out of kind if car I reserved and ended up in a truck. They gave me same low rate regardless and we enjoyed the truck. Good customer service.
Dislike: The only com0laint I had is that the costs/financial chages,were confusing.
