Excellent value, friendly staff

Unhelpful staff! Given booking was done through a third party QEEQ and Apex both denied being able to help with a very simple alteration in plans once payment had been taken. I would never recommend using this platform again.

There were few people when picking up the car, which was okay. However, when returning the car, we waited in line for an hour and a half. The kids were crying and there was nothing we could do. It was a bad experience.

Would 100% recommend Apex cars. We were a bit worried having seen some negative reviews online beforehand, but were pleasantly surprised. Received excellent customer care at both pick up (Auckland) and drop off (Wellington). In addition, the car (a mazda axela as a tiida equvalent) was in great condition and very spacious and comfortable. No criticisims whatsoever, staff were helpful, courteous, welcoming, and had humour. We did also use Ace rentals for the south island, but found the quality and comfort of the Apex car rental, as well as the customer service to be far superior.

Car was in good condition on the inside, clean and had no issues with the car while in use. The car did had alot of scratches on the outside from wear and tear from previous customers. Would use them again.

Smooth and easy process with booking, have booked another car because of the ease.

The car is in poor condition, paint scratches have been very poorly polished. The headlights are not correct and the car is not drivable in the dark.
