The rental company's service is unacceptable! No customer service, no shuttle bus, and no clear pickup location! The car wasn’t given with a full tank of fuel, luckily we took a photo as proof! When returning the car, they even dared to question me! During the trip, the diesel’s Adblue ran out halfway, which is a maintenance issue they irresponsibly left for the customers to deal with! The car couldn’t start because of this, and their rescue hotline was unresponsive! The steering wheel was faulty and constantly veering to the right! Avoid this car rental company when traveling to Iceland!
