The service was very enthusiastic, but the car had some unusual noises. It was a diesel engine.

The staff at the store were nice and didn't push for upselling, but the queue time was a bit long.

The process was slow. I rented the car for half a day, returned it 20 minutes past my stated drop-off time, and was charged an extra 4.3 euros. Not checking in ahead of time is a nightmare.

No recommended insurance, good service attitude! Only a deposit of 650 euros was charged. Few staff members, a bit busy, and there is a wait.

The car was dirty inside and outside - when we pointed it out, we were told to bring in the similar - dirty - condition. We drove it from Venice to the mountains during winter and it happens to snow it winter, we were not provided winter tires so when we tried to climb a main road during snowing we were stuck on the road. We found a snow-tire socks in the trunk and used them. After returning the we were charged 45 Euro for using those sock. Invoice stated: Penalty for restoring snow chains/snow socks So good luck if you drive in mountains during winter.

The car pickup process was smooth.

The counter staff was super personable and helpful and the car was surprisingly new and in great condition!

I was maliciously charged, and I completely disagree with the resolution provided. The pickup store was Rent Smart24 at Venice Airport. When returning the car, there was no step to sign off on any additional charges, yet I was charged unfairly with the excuse that there were scratches on the tires and rims.

The company does not accept visa debit cards which made collection difficult.
