Got made to buy insurance that was twice as expensive as the car rental. They claim it’s because we booked through a third party and get bad rates. Extremely inefficient car pick up and drop off process - the person whole checks you in then takes you to the car before coming back and doing the next customer. Waited 90 minutes. Also had to wait for someone to inspect the car when dropping off - took around 45 minutes.

Won’t be booking through this company again as insurance isn’t included and isn’t an option, so we ended up spending the same amount on insurance (or in this case almost twice as much) as we did on car hire through QEEQ. Absolutely ripped off and ruined the whole process. Over $600 AUD to hire a Suzuki hatchback for 4 days is not good value

Terrible experience. Total scam agency. Wouldn't accept my insurance even when I proved that it exceeded the required liability coverage. Charged me an extra $30/day for their insurance and also required me to pay $15/day for e-pass and didn't even include fees for tolls. Those extra fees more than tripled the cost of my rental. They didn't even abide by their own policies listed on their website!

Good service but the insurance cost was excessive.

They scammed me on the insurance and were very unprofessional. It took hours to get responses from customer service. They deliberately made the service stressful to try to scam more money from me. Their emergency roadside assistance service left me in a very dangerous situation.

QEEQ is a good booking platform. I didn’t see an option to book full comprehensive car cover through QEEQ for this booking, otherwise I would have done it.

Mixed feelings. On the positive side, the car was in good condition, return was smooth, and when an insured accident happened, they processed the paperwork and provided a replacement car of the same model with no issues. On the negative side: the airport shuttle bus comes every 20 minutes, we waited 40 minutes for our car, and it wasn't ready even though we arrived an hour later than our scheduled pick-up time. We had to ask twice before they could locate the car. Other than that, everything else was alright and the prices were reasonable.

The car was very old, but this has its advantage as new scratches weren't noticeable.
