The service was provided by Europcar, not Shouqi Car Rental. Overall, the process was smooth. Don't rely on Google Maps for navigation; follow the airport signs instead, it's easier to find.
Both pick-up and drop-off were extremely quick and easy. I was a bit worried after reading some reviews online, but it turned out there was no need to be concerned at all.
The Toyota Kluger is considered a large SUV, but upon arriving at the store, I was informed that there were no large SUVs available and was given a Subaru Forester, which is a mid-size SUV instead.
