The car rental company is located on the first floor of the Holiday Inn hotel, very easy to find. The service staff were friendly, no upselling, and the process of picking up and returning the car was smooth and straightforward.
Overall, it was fine. Communicated with the rental company multiple times. I've already purchased full insurance on QEEQ, which might have been challenging partly due to the language barrier.
