Super satisfied – everything was smooth and easy, the car was very new, and the driver was incredibly friendly. Great experience from start to finish.

Super satisfied overall. The rental counter is right between gates 8 and 9. Our first car had an engine issue, but they swapped it out the same day with no fuss, and the second one was in great condition mechanically. Just be aware the exterior of their cars can look pretty rough — lots of scratches — so make sure you record a video when you pick up the car and check the tire tread carefully. The car was easy to drive and very fuel-efficient. In Chiang Mai, a lot of attractions are up in the mountains with tons of sharp curves, steep slopes, and narrow roads where passing is tricky. Avoid driving in the mountains at night — there are no streetlights and it’s really dangerous! Use L gear for climbing; it can still handle the hills. Don’t stay in D going up and down the mountains or you risk overheating the engine. The rental company’s service was great: no hard-selling, staff were friendly, and they replied quickly on WhatsApp.

Local Thai rental company with English-speaking staff at the counter. They clearly explained the basic things to watch out for when picking up the car, then another staff member walked us over to the pick-up point in the parking lot, which was really close. I use this company every time I come to Thailand and I’m always very happy with them.
