Great service and relatively new vehicles.

Everything is very convenient except for the lack of a counter.

Good attitude, no extra upselling, I chose to purchase additional insurance myself.

Although the staff's English wasn't very fluent, they had prepared translation photos in advance, which were clear and easy to understand.

Very good experience! The staff were excellent! Although there wasn't a dedicated counter, the staff would wait in advance! Perfect score!

The service was good, but the car's condition was average. The car was in very poor condition. The taillight was broken, the steering wheel was misaligned, and the car body had multiple scratches. Thankfully, I purchased full insurance, or else I would worry about disputes when returning the car.

Apart from struggling to find the store, everything was perfect. For people who don't speak English, it can be difficult to communicate with the staff over the phone. Luckily, we managed to connect successfully, and the staff was helpful in assisting with the procedures. Their attitude was great. Once that's done, you can just drive the car away. The car was easy to drive and handled normal roads well, though its uphill power was lacking. Overall, it was a good experience. Next time I visit Phuket, I will definitely rent a car again—it’s way more convenient than taking taxis!

ASAP doesn't have a counter, but the car was in excellent condition, only over 20,000 kilometers, super fuel-efficient. The staff were very nice. However, I would suggest having a basic level of English if you're renting a car. This time, I traveled to Krabi and Phuket, and having a car was incredibly convenient.

Overall, very satisfied with the service.
