Great car, very clean and paperwork was in English which was good. Counter service staff should be able to speak some English. This was not the case and made the collection process quite stressful.

Car was very new but staff could have explained the GPS in English as well as the till card better. We had to request for settings to be adjusted and then again there was some language barrier.

Before heading out, they recommended I get the ETC card, which made highway travel much more convenient. The vehicle was unexpectedly upgraded from the basic Mazda 2 to the Japanese version of the Mazda CX30, which came with a rearview camera, adaptive cruise control, and more.
