The car was in excellent condition.

The car is in good condition with 49,080 kilometers on it and almost new tires, which is quite satisfactory. When I returned the car at night, there was no one on duty, so I left the key in the box. I still don't know the status of the return and when it will be finalized.

Car had a lot of smaller dents and scares. For the rest all well, no additional comments.

User friendly app, price drop protector worked good.

The overall experience of picking up and returning the car was excellent. The staff were very welcoming, explained everything in great detail, and shared some useful tips for driving locally.

Overall good, friendly service with a smile. Although I don't speak English, they patiently answered my questions! They briefly recommended insurance, but since I had already purchased it, there was no need to buy it again! No issues, they quickly handed over the contract and car keys.

The wait time to pick up the car was ~45 minutes. Other than that I have no complaints, the vehicle was as described, it performed well.

It was easy to use and the customer service reached out to me when my bank declined the transaction. Shortly afterward the issue was cleared up, I have no complaints.

Hertz doesn't offer outstanding service; it largely depends on the staff's mood. At our pickup point, the staff were strictly businesslike—neither enthusiastic nor deliberately indifferent, likely due to their personality. Our car experienced damage midway, and the efficiency of the replacement point was not impressive. However, the young guy at the airport drop-off was very cheerful and proactive. Overall, there isn't much service quality to speak of, but they don't charge extra, and the car was in good condition, which is the most comforting part of the trip.
