HERTZ CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN SWEDEN

Very satisfied.

The process was quick. QEEQ's service is excellent, and they carefully answer any questions.

The car was in excellent condition, very new, and both pickup and drop-off were very convenient.

International brand, excellent service, convenient and reliable.

Very happy with the rental – the car was in great condition, handover was quick, and everything was handled really efficiently.

Overall experience was good.

Overall satisfied, except they cannot assist with parking tickets in Denmark.

Satisfied

Very satisfied, the staff were friendly and patient.

Arrived a bit earlier than scheduled and ended up waiting about 40 minutes, but overall the service was fine. During the rental I tried calling with a question, yet nobody picked up even during their stated service hours. Also got a ticket for illegal parking, and the rental company doesn’t offer any help with paying the fine.

The location is very convenient, and the return process is also hassle-free.

Excellent

Car was great. Customer service at pick up very good. Struggled to upload photos on attachment at pick up. Could not upload any photos on drop off.

Very good. See comments above as don't know if this is Hertz or Qeeq responsibility??

Very satisfied

Good

Pick-up and drop-off were super fast and convenient from start to finish.

Got a free upgrade to a newer model and the car was in great shape, super happy with it!
