Very satisfied. I rented a 2020 car but was given a nearly new 2024 car with just over 7,000 kilometers on it. The staff provided excellent service.

The car rental service was excellent! The staff were very polite, patient, and enthusiastic, providing thorough service. I had a minor scratch during the trip, but since I had purchased insurance, I didn't need to pay for it. If you're staying at a hotel in Penang, I recommend buying extra insurance—it's inexpensive and very convenient. The company staff even personally delivered the insurance document to my hotel for signing, which was incredibly thoughtful! It was a very enjoyable trip, and I'll definitely choose them again next time.
