The store is located inside a shopping street, but there is no obvious sign at the entrance of the street. After finally finding the store, no one was there, and only after calling did someone arrive. The entire process was very smooth, with no upselling, and the staff was very friendly.

The staff were patient and attentive. Although our English is average, the staff patiently answered our questions. We originally rented an Opel but were given a Nissan Qashqai instead. It’s the same class of vehicle, but the car was a bit old.

The service was very good, and the efficiency was quite high. However, after making the payment on the QEEQ platform, an additional 300 euros was charged on-site. The reasons given were: switching to an automatic transmission, cross-border fees, and highway service fees. Additionally, the car's performance on highways was relatively weak, with a noisy engine and slow acceleration. The car was relatively new, having been driven 15,000 kilometers at the time of pickup. It was previously mentioned that the car would be a Corolla Touring, but the actual car provided was a Suzuki Swace (though it is said these two models are almost identical).

The meeting point was in front of the NH Hotel, not the NL Hotel mentioned in the pickup guide, which doesn't even exist. We waited at the NH Hotel for 40 minutes before being picked up.

Arrived at 7:00 AM on Sunday, and the owner was busy on the phone. Turns out there were other people from the same flight also renting from them. Waited for half an hour to get picked up, but the attitude was very good. The car rental process explanation and reminders were thorough, and there was no upselling. The entire process was completed in just a few minutes. Returning the car was also smooth, returning directly to the airport.

When renting the car, they will ask if you want to buy Austria's highway vignette. I didn't buy it; instead, I selected toll-free routes on the GPS, and it worked perfectly. The road conditions were great, and you could even stop along the way to take photos. When picking up the car, make sure to carefully record a video of the entire vehicle condition, especially the front, rear, and undercarriage. When I returned the car, they claimed there were a few damages and asked for evidence if it wasn't new damage. Luckily, I had recorded a video that proved those were old damages, so the rental company refunded my deposit without further questions.

They provided us with an almost brand-new Suzuki Swift (we expected an old car), only 5000 kilometers on it. The protective film had just been removed, and all functions were fully operational. The car was in excellent condition! The staff was very friendly and spoke slowly, knowing that our English wasn't very good. After we returned home, the rental deposit was also refunded quickly.

The first car we received had an issue with one tire, the pressure was too low. The rental office staff arrived only at 8:30 AM. At the car exchange location, the staff also arrived late, at 8:10 AM. After returning the car, we couldn't wait for the staff to arrange transportation to the airport.
