Airport Terminal Instructions COUNTER: Go down escalator and Budget Counter is straight ahead, to the right. If arriving by car, enter the center doors on the 1st floor and turn left. Budget is the first counter on the left. If the counter is un-maned, please proceed to the office at west end of the lower level of the parking garage. CARS: Cars are located on the west end of the lower level of the parking garage. RETURNS: Same as pickup. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Park the car & leave the keys in the unlocked car. Place the completed contract in the outside drop box located in the parking lot next to the service booth. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.

All renters go to baggage claim. AIRLINE PASSENGERS Proceed to the Avis counter in the baggage claim area. Cars are located on the west end of the lower level of the parking garage. WALK-UP RENTERS Follow airport signs for "Arrivals" or "Baggage Claim". They will lead to the baggage claim area entrance. Proceed inside to locate the Avis counter. Rental cars are parked outside the baggage claim area.

Proceed to the Enterprise counter across from baggage claim C to obtain your rental agreement. The vehicles are within walking distance located on the lower level of the Rental Car Garage.

After returning the car, the company was slow to confirm costs and kept holding the pre-authorization. Both the company and the platform failed to resolve this issue. Even with a highway fee package, I was still charged additional highway fees, and multiple complaints were not addressed.

The car size did not match the booking. I booked a large car but was given a smaller one. They even lied that the Equinox is a standard SUV, making our trip cramped and causing many inconveniences during the long journey.

The vehicle was pretty badly damaged on the passenger side, obviously it had been in a minor accident. The vehicle was dark blue, in a badly lit garage, at night - no one pointed out the damage & it was not marked on the paperwork. Had I not spotted it, taken photo's & gone back to the service desk to report this damage, then i am sure I would have been held responsible. This should have been notified to me when I collected the vehicle.
