The counter staff was insistent on me getting the unlimited tolls plan even though I made it clear that I was going to use the car within a city only. It was a little annoying after a while. Besides the plan costs $125 which is abusively too much for almost any trip.

I have the feeling that because I didn't accepted any extras, that I ended up with the worst of the worst available car, even it was inside the same category booked. There were other car brands/models available on the category I booked, but I ended up with the keys of an AWFULL Kia Soul. Landed at Orlando airport at 9 PM and quickly found the Dollar counter, but there were a lot of people. We waited in line for about 40 minutes before it was our turn. The service attitude was decent, but the car was just okay. They gave us a Jetta with 80,000 km (similar to a Passat in our country). The power was average, and the car condition was just okay. We got into a minor accident at the hotel entrance after leaving the airport. Since we needed to go through insurance, we waited for the police to write a report. During the return, there was no extra charge. We don’t know if there will be additional charges in the future.
