Picking up the car was not very smooth, but everything else was fine. The car model was a bit old. My language skills are not great, but I was able to communicate with the staff. The first car they provided had a fault, and after some discussion, they replaced it. However, the replacement process took quite a long time. Although we scheduled to pick up the car at 11 AM, we didn't get it until almost 1 PM.

The store service was excellent, but I can't comment on the follow-up since I'm currently in the process of an accident claim. The car's license plate was stolen in Wollongong, and the door was reportedly damaged. I exchanged the car in Sydney with the help of QEEQ customer service, who also assisted with reporting the incident to the police. I want to specifically thank QEEQ's customer service for their prompt assistance. High praise for QEEQ!

Very satisfied with Alpha's service. When returning the car, I couldn't find a gas station, but the staff kindly reminded me that I could fill up the tank myself before returning the car and even told me the location of nearby gas stations. Very considerate! The only inconvenience was that Alpha is not located in the airport terminal and requires a shuttle ride, but everything else was great.

Overall, it was very convenient. After arriving at the airport, just go to the coaches parking area on the far left and give them a call. The purple car is also very easy to spot. They only briefly ask about insurance and do not push it persistently. The pre-authorization was canceled quickly after returning the car.
