It's okay, but the wait time for the airport shuttle bus was quite long. It's best to allow an extra 20 minutes.

The airport shuttle bus even made a short video, which was incredibly thoughtful and easy to find. However, the shuttle frequency wasn't as high as other rental companies, likely due to lower booking volume. Picking up the car was super smooth. I got the Mini I wanted, and surprisingly, it was a brand new car with only 5,000 kilometers on it. On this island known for tourism, renting such a new car felt like a real treat. Since this place is all about beach activities, it’s common practice to stop by a gas station before returning the car, spend a little change vacuuming out the sand, and maybe give the car a wash. This makes the return process quicker – respect goes both ways, after all.

Not bad, but they asked me to add insurance and I refused.

When we arrived, they switched the car. After realizing we had many suitcases, they found a Peugeot 5008 for us, which was more flexible and considerate of the customer's needs.

The car we booked was not available. We insisted on getting an automatic car, so they upgraded us for free.

The service was quite good. Vehicle inspection was very thorough, so it's essential to purchase full insurance.

There is a shuttle bus, about 10 minutes to the car rental shop. The vehicle had 12,000 km on it and was great to drive. However, I don't recommend using Google Maps for navigation as the ramp directions after freeway exits are very confusing.

Quite excellent. Even though I don't speak English or Spanish, I managed to pick up the car smoothly using mobile translation. For peace of mind, I purchased full insurance from the rental company and a supplemental insurance from QEEQ, costing less than 500 per day.

I rented a Nissan Qashqai but was given a Volvo XC40 instead. It's a much bigger car, and it's also brand new with only 2000 km on it. Very nice! It was very spacious for the four of us. We added full insurance at the car rental office, and the price was acceptable. Returning the car was also quite simple.
