Hertz Car Rental with Pickup Truck

Taxis are crazy expensive here, having a car makes everything so much easier and the price was really good.

The company’s customer service was really great.

There was an Iraqi staff member who was incredibly warm and friendly, with amazing service.

Very satisfied

Pretty good overall, and it’s an international chain so it feels reliable.

Still super convenient.

Really good overall.

Really happy with the whole experience. The staff were super patient, and when the car’s battery had an issue they actually sent a dedicated person and vehicle to sort it out on the spot. Everything was resolved quickly and smoothly, so the overall experience was great. The local roads are in great condition too, and a small car is more than enough.

The whole rental process was really straightforward and hassle-free, and the car drove great. A warning light came on the first day, but after I contacted them, the store handled it quickly and replaced the car the next day.

Had to wait about 10 minutes for them to bring the car back from outside.

They gave me a Hyundai, super new with just over 6,000 km on it. Drove beautifully, no issues at all. Really happy with it!

Service was great, and they even gave my kid a set of drawing pens.

The rental company felt pretty big and legit.

Super satisfied with the whole experience.

The car was in excellent condition and basically brand new this year, so the whole rental experience was fantastic.

It was fine, nothing special but nothing bad either.

I rent with Hertz a lot whenever I travel.

Fantastic experience. At pickup they asked if I wanted any extra services, I told them to stick strictly to the original booking, and they processed everything right away with no upselling.

The big rental company was actually pretty decent overall.

The parking lot is really poorly lit, it’s almost dark. The car already had damage on it—dents and scratches—but no one told us that when we picked it up. At first we thought we’d caused it ourselves, and only later, after carefully checking the pickup photos, did we realize the damage was already there. Honestly, there’s a real risk hidden in this process.

Big, trustworthy company — overall a great experience.

The counter was easy to find, no line at all, and once I told them I already had insurance through the platform, they didn’t try to upsell anything else.

Great service from the rental company, no hard selling, and picking up the car right inside the airport was super convenient. Definitely recommend.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely flawless

Super quiet in the morning, hardly anyone there.

Super satisfied with the whole experience.

The rental company was absolutely excellent.

Super happy with the whole experience.

It was decent overall, nothing special but nothing to complain about either.

Super easy and hassle-free to rent a car.

Everything went pretty smoothly, no real hassle at all.

Very satisfied, everything was explained really clearly.

Super satisfied with everything, really happy with the whole experience.

We originally booked a Camry but ended up with a Kia K4 instead, which was still in great shape with about 20,000 km on it. Pick-up and drop-off were really quick and easy, and the return lanes at Vancouver Airport are super clearly marked.

Super happy with the whole experience – really professional!

Customer service was really friendly, polite and genuinely helpful – they made me feel completely at home.

The car was in great condition and everything went really smoothly overall. The only downside was that the return location was a bit hard to find. I’m still waiting to see if there’ll be any tickets or extra charges.

Drives really smoothly and is super fuel‑efficient. Pick‑up and drop‑off were both very quick, and there were no extra or hidden charges.

Pretty satisfied overall

Both pickup and return were super quick – really shows they’re a long-established rental company you can rely on.

Really good overall

The wait in line was way too long.

Too bad they didn’t have the Tesla I wanted.

Everything was great.

The signs were really clear and easy to follow.

Fantastic experience. Everything was confirmed smoothly through QEEQ, pickup and return were super efficient—only about 5 minutes to pick up the car and 1 minute to drop it off. The car was practically brand new with just 1,000 miles on it.

Super efficient and easy to find, very convenient, the staff were friendly too so I felt really confident using them.

No hard sell at all and picking up the car was super smooth.

No waiting around and no one trying to hard-sell anything.
