Arrived at 9 AM and waited in line for an hour. Domestic orders require no deposit, but the company desk charged €645 on the credit card as a pre-authorization hold. Contacted QEEQ customer service for clarification.

The process was simple and efficient. The part about insurance was only briefly mentioned without any upselling. The counter location was easy to find, and the instructions were very clear. A special mention for the car: when I saw it had 200,000 kilometers on the odometer, I was initially worried, but the exterior was almost flawless, and the car's condition was excellent. Driving was smooth, and the whole experience was perfect.

The staff speaks English, but make sure to clarify any questions you have. Don’t be shy! I had some uncertainties, which caused me to spend extra effort figuring things out after returning the car. It’s best to ask about the fuel type beforehand.

The scenery was picturesque, but the car was really difficult to drive. Why not provide a newer car? Compared to the Oslo order, this was relatively worse.

The supplier is easy to find at the airport and overall service was great. The car inspection during return was quite thorough. It seems a motorcycle scratched the right front part of the car on the way, which was noticed by the staff during inspection.

The car was in good condition, and the EZ Pass usage was explained clearly. However, adding a driver, even if it's a spouse, incurs additional costs, whereas many other companies do not charge for this.

No upselling, good attitude. The only issue is that the store is located southwest of the train station, and the main road in between has been under construction, requiring detours using the ring road. The store is closed on Sundays, so I had to use the drop box.

Perhaps because I purchased full insurance from the car rental company, there was no upselling throughout. However, there was an upgrade during pick-up due to a lack of vehicles, and during drop-off, there was only one staff member, so it was quite slow.

The car had two issues: 1. Incorrect warning about low tire pressure. 2. Oil wasn't checked, resulting in being forced to add oil halfway through the trip.

The car has 45,000 kilometers on it, not a new car, but the condition is better than Sixt.

Chose to pick up the car from a branch near my residence in San Diego. Communication was smooth, no waiting in lines, no forced upselling, and the car was ready in 10 minutes with 7000 miles on it. Returned the car at Los Angeles Airport without any issues; just followed the GPS directions to get there. Gas stations near the airport made refueling convenient. The return process was simple and completed in 3 minutes. A shuttle bus right next to the drop-off point took me directly to Terminal B.

Picking up the car at the Freiburg branch was smooth and very satisfying.
