The staff at the company were very professional and efficient, and communication in English was smooth. Although we had an accident and needed to make prepayment for compensation when returning the car, I feel his work was flawless. Additionally, since we purchased full insurance on QEEQ, he introduced their company's full insurance as an option, but when we declined, the staff showed no displeasure.

RAJ was outstanding and receiving the car. Extremely help filling out the contract. When returning, car was checked-in in 3 minutes. Van driver was prompt and courteous.

However, there was an issue with information transfer; they claimed we hadn't purchased insurance and required additional payment for it before allowing us to take the car (QEEQ covered the cost in advance after receiving the formal invoice).
