Be cautious with this rental company. They claimed I had a traffic violation and insisted on cash payment but refused to provide any violation record. Fortunately, I firmly asked them to deduct it from the deposit, and it turned out there was no violation. I almost got scammed out of $100.

The two guys handling the pick-up and return were very friendly, which shows it's not just individual staff being nice, but the company's overall friendly culture. The store is located at a gas station, so refueling before returning the car is super convenient, and the vehicle inspection process was quick as well.
