A staff member met us at the airport exit and drove us to the rental car store. The car collection process was convenient and straightforward. We bought comprehensive insurance, and there were no additional sales pitches or conditions. We quickly set off in our car. The owner even bought us each a cup of coffee from a nearby shop. The car model was the same as the one we reserved. The return process was also very quick. Overall, this is an excellent car rental company.

A very professional company. Although it's a bit far from the airport, the pick-up and drop-off service was extremely fast. The two guys handling the pick-up and return were very friendly, which shows it's not just individual staff being nice, but the company's overall friendly culture. The store is located at a gas station, so refueling before returning the car is super convenient, and the vehicle inspection process was quick as well.

When I exited the airport, the rental company was already waiting outside with a sign, and I got the car directly from their store.

Overall quite satisfied, the pickup and return process was convenient and quick.

The staff were very enthusiastic, but they kept pushing insurance on us during the process. Even though we already bought full insurance through the rental company, they still kept trying to sell us more and mentioned various hypothetical consequences.
