The staff were really friendly and patient. They answered every question I had and reminded me that I hadn’t bought any extra insurance. They said since I’d already bought it on zuzuche, I was fully covered. Then one of their colleagues walked me to the exit, we checked the car together, they clearly marked every existing issue, asked me to sign, and gave me a copy to keep for the return. After that, I could just drive off with peace of mind.

This was my first time renting from Arena, and I drove around Jordan for 8 days. The company left a really good impression on me. The car I booked was exactly the same as the one I picked up, and it was quite new with only about 20,000 km on it. Both pick-up and drop-off were quick and straightforward, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful—especially the same guy shown in the photos, he was super warm and welcoming! Even though their counter isn’t inside the airport, the shuttle service to and from the terminal after pick-up and drop-off was very convenient. I’ll definitely choose this company again next time I visit Jordan. I picked up and returned the car at their Amman Airport branch.

Different country, different expectations, but the service was decent overall.

I originally booked a Kia but ended up with a Renault Sandero at the counter. I guess it’s a similar class? No parking sensors, definitely no reversing camera, and the side mirrors have to be adjusted by hand. None of that really affects driving though. The trunk can just about fit two 28-inch suitcases. The car had already done 170,000 km, and on continuous uphill sections the temperature warning would pop up. On that long climb to Petra we actually stopped, turned the engine off for over ten minutes before we felt safe to continue. The car was really underpowered on hills, and the cities there have a lot of super steep, long slopes, so I was constantly flooring the gas pedal.

A very professional company. Although it's a bit far from the airport, the pick-up and drop-off service was extremely fast. The two guys handling the pick-up and return were very friendly, which shows it's not just individual staff being nice, but the company's overall friendly culture. The store is located at a gas station, so refueling before returning the car is super convenient, and the vehicle inspection process was quick as well.

The service was acceptable, but you need to contact them a day in advance to arrange car pickup. We waited there for almost two hours because their downtown pickup office is located inside a hotel, and when we arrived, there was no one there.
