The staff was very considerate, with no extra fees. When we mentioned returning the car at the airport, they agreed without hesitation, providing very warm and attentive service.
Very satisfied. They called me when I was picking up the car, and upon hearing that I was at the hotel, they directly delivered the car to me there. Truly thoughtful service.
The staff at pickup, though not fluent in English, was very friendly and helped fold down the back seats and load the luggage into the car. The staff at return was also very punctual and assisted in unloading the luggage and arranging it neatly.
