Absence of physical booth at the airport makes it a little inconvenient as we have to call up hours before returning the rental car to ensure somebody will be at the drop off point to receive us.

Everything was satisfactory except for the communication difficulty due to language barriers.

Very efficient. Even if you arrive outside business hours, there will be staff waiting for you. The self-driving experience in Kota Kinabalu is also very good, much better compared to Kuala Lumpur. If you're in Malaysia and want to try right-hand driving, I still recommend going to Kota Kinabalu.

The staff at pickup, though not fluent in English, was very friendly and helped fold down the back seats and load the luggage into the car. The staff at return was also very punctual and assisted in unloading the luggage and arranging it neatly.
