OSLO CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Communication was smooth and easy throughout the whole trip.

It was my first time driving an EV and the staff proactively upgraded my car. The guy at the pickup desk was super patient, walked me through all the buttons and controls on the new car, and even helped me download and register the local charging app.

The agent who helped with my booking was super responsible and incredibly patient.

Overall it was pretty good.

Drives really smoothly and is super fuel‑efficient. Pick‑up and drop‑off were both very quick, and there were no extra or hidden charges.

The RAV4 was really spacious – perfect for four people, and the trunk had plenty of room for our luggage. Overall a great experience. Before setting off I only took photos of the body of the car; I really should’ve taken pictures of the wheels too. When we returned the car they found a small scratch on the rim that you’d barely notice, and I wasn’t sure if it was already there, but I still ended up paying 2,000. Luckily I’d bought insurance through QEEQ so it was fully reimbursed. There’s always uncertainty on the road, so I’d definitely recommend getting enough coverage before you drive.

Pickup was quick and smooth, everything was explained clearly and there were no issues at all.

My English isn’t very good, but the staff were super patient explaining everything, which was really nice.

Almost no waiting in line, they just did a quick ID check, handed over the keys, and reminded us to take photos of the car to record its condition.

Super convenient to work with.

They gave me a nearly new car with just over 4,000 km on it and it drove great in every way. But after I returned it, they charged me three separate times and never provided any breakdown of the fees. That kind of lack of transparency is unacceptable to me. When I rent in the UK or Dubai, they always email a detailed invoice to the address on my contract.

Super straightforward process with no hard sell at all.

It wasn’t the VW ID3 I originally booked, but the Citroën C4 I got was practically brand new, with just over 700 km on the clock.

They were super easy to reach and replied almost instantly, even calling me directly to go over the details. I did the math and realized they were doing all this in the middle of the night China time.

Super convenient from start to finish.

Awesome service – the staff were super friendly, made sure we knew how to operate the car, and even walked us through local road conditions and driving tips.

Since we dropped the car off in another city, they couldn’t give us the model we originally booked. The trunk was tiny so we had to put two suitcases on the back seats and squeeze in. Other than that, everything was pretty good.

Super satisfied with the whole experience.
