We are very happy to have chosen this car rental company. When picking up the car, they gave us a RAV4, which had better space than the one we originally booked. They even personally guided us to find the car in the lot. After returning the car, the pre-authorization was canceled quickly, and the invoice was generated promptly. The overall experience was great.
The car was very, very new, even with some protective films still intact. It handled mountain roads really well. The Bluetooth and phone holder were perfect!
Overall, pretty good. It was my first time renting a car, so I was a bit worried, but everything went smoothly. At the airport, it was easy to find by following the car rental signs. However, the pickup process took a bit long, around 20 minutes. I originally booked a Suzuki but paid a few hundred yuan at the shop to upgrade to a Volvo XC60. The car was very new, with only a few thousand kilometers, equipped with a built-in navigation system and heads-up display, which made driving very smooth and convenient. Toll fees didn’t need to be paid on-site since the car had something similar to ETC in China.
