Wonderful experience and great memories

Got exactly the model we wanted on Oahu, the car was pretty new, well equipped, and having CarPlay made it super easy to use phone navigation. The Dollar counter at Honolulu Airport had a normal line and the wait time was totally acceptable.

Service was great. There was a bit of a line, but they explained everything really clearly.

Overall satisfied. The Corolla was upgraded to a Honda HR-V, but the fuel consumption seemed higher than expected.

The counter is really small with just one staff member, so things move a bit slowly. We didn’t make it in time to pick up the car on the day we booked, so we went the next day and our original car type was no longer available—they gave us an SUV instead. We waited a little while to get the car, but it was very new and super clean. Returning it was easy too, we just had to drop it off in the hotel parking lot.
