The car pickup experience with Thrifty in Honolulu was very poor. The front desk was constantly upselling, the pickup location had fewer cars and too many people, and we waited for over an hour. The staff assigning cars did not follow a first-come, first-served order, which was dishonest.

“韓国車には乗りたくない。”

Qeeqさんで予約した車のクラス以下の車を配車されてしまった。また借りる際、カウンターのスタッフさんからは車種のアップグレードを有料でオファーもあり、カウンターのスタッフさんの認識不足なのか、分かりませんが、代理店さんで予約した商品とは異なるグレードをレンタルしたことは残念でした。

左記の不具合がありましたが、御社のスタッフさんのチャットでの相談で、最終的には差額を返金されることになりましたが、すこし窮屈なドライブになりました。今回、Qeeqさんのチャットでのサポート、フォローアップは客目線での対応で感動させられました。次回も利用させて頂こうと思います。
