The car we hired had not been cleaned and wasnt washed from outside. It felt like someone had just returned thecar and then given to us.

Good and clean car! BUT the pickup and drop is NOT in the airport!!, it was hard geting in and out and took a lot of time ( ~1h), and it wasnt clear at time of reservation

I am absolutely disgusted with the service from Easirent, who conned me into signing for insurance that was not explained to me. I had already purchased insurance from Easyrent and instead of asking for a deposit they took more money out of my account for further insurance without explaining the terms to me. After realising the next day that money had left my account, I called them and they just blamed Easyrent and said that they should never have sold me insurance?!
