The overal process to book, pick up and return the car is smooth. However, it is necessary to call the ACE office to arrange shuttle for picking and unfortunately I called over 10 times for almost an hour before someone can pickup the call.

Staff at counter are rude and lack of information. They did not explain most of the thing regarding car rental such as toll payment and other stuff which is not listed in the term and condition section. Staff at counter are representing ACE and I don’t recommend renting from ACE.

Was given a Nissan x-Trial during the collection of the vehicle. Internal cleanliness of the vehicle could be improved as the was dirty with the floor mat full of sands.

There should be a booth at the Arrival Hall to greet and on board customers. Instead customers were expected to know where to go from the terminal and wait for the pickup. And we have to wait 30-45 mins for the pickup bus because it was full.
