Overall had a very pleasing experience .. vehicle absolutely met our requirement

The car was good and as expected.

The store was easy to find, just across the street from the terminal. Though there was a peak rental period and I had to wait in line for a while, the paperwork was processed quickly. They didn't aggressively sell insurance, and once they copied my documents and handed me the keys, I was good to go! Exiting the parking lot was smooth.

Excellent! Both pick-up and drop-off were very simple. We just gave the car a quick look-over. We felt sorry for not washing the car before returning it, but their staff said it was their job and we could leave it to them! Very convenient! Highly recommended!

The pick-up location is right across the arrival hall at the airport. Just cross the street and you can see several car rental signs. I originally rented an Outlander but got a brand new Forester with just 2000 kilometers on it. It has a lot of space, great horsepower, and the AWD is really smooth.

Like: The staff at pick up is friendly but staff at drop off is not friendly.
Dislike: I was told that cash is accepted at drop off counter, but then when I wanted to make cash payment over drop off counter, the staff told me only credit card is accepted.
