It's a lovely small company, however it took a while til they picked me up from the airport location. and also for the second time they gave me a minivan instead of the economy car i booked. If you enjoy such upgrades you're in for a good surprise. I though I just spent extra money on gas. But otherwise - a positive experience.

The transfer from airport was good, but the pick-up process in the office was very poor. It took too long and communication was not good. We were totally confused by the directions given which we thought included the toll road into Toronto. When we happened to see a notice about the penalties for using the toll road, we were then told that that the instructions were NOT to use the toll road. We then decided to add a GPS which meant a further delay and a change of vehicle.

Car was in a great condition, staff were helpful, zero problems throughout the whole process. The pick-up point being a shuttle bus ride away from the airport was a minor inconvenience, but as long as you take the time into account it's not an issue.

Car was dangerously low on gas at pickup. I had to return it with more gas.
