They suck don't ever use them. Tried to charge me an extra $150. Never ever even got the car. Ended up using Uber and leaving that place.

Extra charges when it was already paid for. I paid for the rental and the car insurance online when I get there apparently i had to pay for insurance I tried to use my own and the lady said it was not possible. That I would lose my money that I paid online and had to start a new transaction. My wife and kids were super tired and I ended up paying an extra 156 dollars. Very upsetting. The car was very cheap and dirty and it had a horrible smell. The outside was full of scratches that I had to come back and had the lady check again so I won’t get charged. I will never recommend Green Motion to anyone. The worst experience ever.

I waited close to an HOUR just to have someone come to the counter to begin my car pick up. It was already reserved It felt as if I was being "sold" extras: do you want to add: gps, prepaid gas, insurance seemed to be a hugh issue since I had my own. MORE SIGNAGE needed for the pickup location. Shuttle Service was fine!

She tried selling additional insurance which was unnecessary and eventually she abandoned. Overall, it left a bad taste.
