Wish the process once at rental is faster!

Windows need to be cleaned. I could not see out of them in the sun. Had to buy cleaner and cloths to clean them. 3 maintenance warnings kept coming up on the dash. Too old to rent out.

Price drop never came up. The rest was good.

They suck don't ever use them. Tried to charge me an extra $150. Never ever even got the car. Ended up using Uber and leaving that place.

I had to make a last minute reservation and Green Motion had the best prices available. But, we landed in Orlando airport ~ 5:30 am and had to wait over 30 mins to get the shuttle that would take us to the Green Motion location. At the location, there was only one couple before me in the line but it still took > 20 mins to complete the booking for them. There was a single operator to help people get their cars and she was having technical issues, still the wait seemed really long.

We waited forever to be served. Employees walked past the line up that was out the door never addressing them or at least acknowledging them and apologizing for their wait. Poor guest engagement

Like: The service was friendly... professional, no upselling or forcing unnecessary extra insurance, upgraded my vehicle, and got me on the road in under 15 minutes. Scored an unbelievable deal saving $250 from another booking. I will go to easyrentcars.com again!
Dislike: Offsite rental company, but for price I can live with it.
