Wish the process once at rental is faster!

I will never rent from them again!

Horrible is the only way to describe this company. They left me stuck at the airport waiting on their shuttle for 45 minutes. No one would answer the phone. Then, I had pre-I purchased insurance for $9/day, and they insisted I had to buy more from them. The counter girl was rude, and said she would not give me the car that I had already paid for, unless I gave them another $156. I had no choice, considering it was 9:00 at night. I’ve rented a lot of cars in my day, and never experienced such terrible customer service...Ever!

Terrible experience overall

Like: I had booked 9 pm instead of 9 am. Agent was able to adjust my reservation to resolve the problem.
Dislike: It was a great experience. There was nothing that I didn't like

Like: Very friendly and fast service. Highly recommend
Dislike: The first shuttle driver came stoped for 1min didn't even bother to get out the car or open his door to see if anyone needed to get in and took off empty
