Tried giving me a minivan after complaining all of a sudden they had what I reserved

The drop off person at the airport was very nice and gave great customer service.

They were helpful at the check out counter but even more helpful and quicker on the return Very pleased with their service

Long lines at the rental counter. Not enuf counter reps. Unacceptable. Confusion returning vehicle. Poor signage in garage.

The car I received had poor brakes. They were squeaking loudly, and I felt unsafe. When I called to ask about service record on the car to find out when the last time the brakes had been serviced, they couldn't tell me. Very frustrating. I also asked to get a replacement car, and they told me to return to the airport the next day, but they could not guarantee me another car. Also quite frustrating. As it turned out, I did go to the airport and they were able to give me another car, but I lost several hours of an already brief vacation.

yes because i was up graded with no additional charge because on final bill they tried to add double fuel charge, as the car was brought back full..
