Good experience

No, I was expecting a Toyota Camry. The Outlander and other options were not an equivalent product. At High way speeds the Outlander is noisy to a point you had to turn up the radio. The vehicle was beat up and missing body parts. Upon arrival the car was filthy and I made the center wash the vehicle before I would accept it. The Outlander had a 50% less fuel economy than the Camry expected. This is a classic example of bait and switch to the consumer. I NEVER RECEIVED A FINAL INVOICE FOR THIS RENTAL

the only complaint was a very poor job of cleaning the windows, I picked the car up late at night the car was very clean but when I hit the freeway with oncoming lights I couldn't see I had to pull over and wipe the windshield inside and out with a shirt

I will rent again

I stood in line for over 45 minutes to get checked in to rent my car. There were 38 people in line and (3) THREE people at the service counter. Every person took approximately 15 minutes to get checked in!!! It was exhausting! Then trying to navigate the return was was even more disastrous!

Arrived at the rental kiosk along with about 20 other people who had been waiting over an hour. We were all PREPAID but they had NO cars for us. This was a disaster.
