Everything was fine but the counter staff at pickup was quite rude, acted annoyed at questions.

Since during my trip has been snow and winter conditions on the road I missed in the car equipment for cleaning the windows from ice and snow and winter tires too.

Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

Cheapest prices around. I've used Easyrentcars several times and have not been disappointed.

only one counter person to help about 12 people--she was very very rude & not very helpful--will never rent there again because of her.

The Durango is awesome, the specs seems like driving a high end cars...the gas was expensive but it is a SUV so... it would be nice if there's a dropoff at Midway airport... so pretty much it's worth the money...

I had booked the seven-passenger van. Then I told my group to use your company for rentals. When I got to the pick-up location. Your staff said We have a 7 passenger Tacoma only. We needed space for luggage. After 30 minutes of wait, she brought the van. My group had cars reserved both got Jeep wranglers.
