Terrible experience. Several hidden fees not aware of. Wait time was terrible

Pour service on Pick Up plus they m'y insurance so it cust me more for renting a small car next time we will go whit a différente company

Renting on line was easy but right car have pour service for the extra Price they charge us

SCAM ARTISTS! Right cars is scamming people with low rates only to charge extra fee upon pick up of the vehicle such as supplemental liability insurance if you don't have 300,000 on your own insurance ( most if not all states only requires 25,000 - 50,000) so why are they asking for 300,000? to obligate you to buy theirs!. to sum it up, will never rent from them again and will do everything I can to steer as many customers away from them as I can.

Please refund my deposit. We called you to send us a shuttle to which you told us you cancelled hours earlier. We reminded you we had an after 6pm arrival. You wouldn’t come get us and you said you had no car for us. Please refund my deposit.

You need to ask someone to call the rent a car for them to pick you up. They tell you to use the courtesy phone; but the phone doesn't work.
