I watched her interact with another (older) customer ahead of me..and she went out of her way to make sure everything was understood..including how to exit the airport and assisting in directions. I felt it was above and beyond what I normally witness or experience at any rental type situation. Sholanda is a true asset to your company.

Like: The vehicle was exactly what we reserved,we have a little problem,we had to change the oil,but it was a 40 minute of "trouble",everything else was great.
Dislike: The time what we spent finding out on customer service what to do with a car when the engine control lamp showed up.
