Lamentable! Contraté un mistery car para ver como me podían sorprender como cliente y descubrí que es solo una manera de engañar a los clientes y hacerlos pagar más. En el mostrador te dicen que solo son electricos y te hacen pagar mas por uno a gasolina y además de tamaño mas grande. Me cargó todo en la tarjeta que en teoria era de garantía sin decirme los costos. Nunca más!

Se prestan a esta maniobra de Dollar, no quede conforme.

When I arrived to pick up the car, I was told there were no cars available. The wait time was very long, around 4 hours.

The queue was extremely slow. After getting the contract, I still had to wait about an hour and a half to get the car. The salesperson added insurance without consulting me. I noticed it the first time and asked them to remove it. The second time, due to an argument about the car model, I didn’t check carefully and only discovered it after leaving San Francisco. They gave me a Nissan Armada, which is significantly smaller than a Suburban. When I asked the manager if we could switch because we had too much luggage, the response was a firm no. I asked if we could get a Suburban or if she could check other stores or the airport; she said she already had and there were none available in San Francisco. The attitude was terrible and completely changed my opinion of Dollar! I will never use this car rental company again!
