The counter staff was professional and helpful. I had a little trouble hearing him because of the mask. With one person ahead of me at the counter, it took about 15 minutes for me to get to the counter. Between Hertz, Thrifty and I think it was Dollar, it would be nice to have a floater to handle any counter that needs the extra help.

It's okay, but the roadside assistance efficiency in the U.S. is low. When the battery is dead, you have to wait until the next day, and even then, you need to call again to schedule.

They over charge us. We booked for $59.22 including all fees and taxes and they charged us $100. They told us that the price when we book it is jus an estimate. This never happened to me before and I rent car with other agencies 3 to 4 times a year
