The Black staff member was very easygoing and hardly pushed for insurance, which was great. Hertz is much better than Swift. That company uses tricks and threats to make you buy insurance, refusing to proceed with the process and stalling until you demand to see the manager—it's all a pre-planned, ridiculous act.

Pickup and return were very convenient, but if the car encounters issues during use, it can take up a lot of time and effort. The car couldn't be opened, and I thought the key might be out of battery. Hertz didn't have batteries at the store, so I had to take a taxi to buy them myself, but changing the battery didn't solve the problem. Eventually, I had to wait for a tow truck to take the car away and then take another taxi to the Hertz store to get a replacement car.

Very satisfied

We arrived at the rental company near midnight, and the line was very long with only two staff members handling customers. After a long wait, more staff finally joined. There were no explanations in Chinese as mentioned earlier, which was a bit different from what we were told.

1. The pickup address in the order was a hotel, and it took us a long time to find a very small HERTZ desk with a sign directing us to the storefront on the next street. 2. Since my scheduled pickup time was 2:30 PM and I actually arrived around 5:30 PM, the staff seemed annoyed as they were getting ready to leave. 3. For some reason, I reserved a Ford Focus but was given a Nissan Versa. Don't tell me it's the same category. Since HERTZ was already closed and I needed to drive off, I just accepted it.
