It was my first time renting a car, and it was even abroad. I thought it would be complicated, but everything went smoothly from pickup to return, without any extra fees. Amazing!

Quite satisfied

The car model we booked online was not available when we arrived to pick it up in the evening. However, the car we were given was even better than expected. The Chrysler minivan was very spacious and comfortable, and very easy to drive. However, there were many hidden fees. After some persuasion, we ended up buying full insurance. So, the actual cost of renting the car was higher than the price seen on QEEQ.

Service at pick up was swift. Couple of marks on the car, which I recorded as photos, windscreen not clean on the inside.
