“Nice car shame about the hidden extras charged by Fox”

Nice car service was ok but I didn’t realise third party insurance wasn’t included in the rental price & loads of hidden extras were charged wouldn’t recommend using them again. Should’ve known better but after a long haul flight it’s easy to get stung big time !!

We got an older Toyota Sienna instead of a Dodge Caravan. No power doors or key fob. Not in the best shape.

On receipt told to go to lane 7, not easily marked to find. Once found car wasn’t there and wasn’t ready. Had to find someone in lot to help us. Counter staff knowledge was poor, customer care service poor.
