VERY slow pick up process, staff tried to limit mileage to 100 per day.

Arrived on time to pick up the car, but was informed there were no cars available; waited an additional 2 hours.

Upon arrival at the rental location, they insisted on mandatory insurance fees. Since we were already there, we had no choice but to comply.

The most terrible company you can ever hire from! Avoid at all cost. They lure you in with their cheap price but then they had you pay! After 2 months from hiring this car they took £1042 from my bank account. When I called they said that it is because I broke the clutch!!! It is worth mentioning that they drove the car after I returned and before the mechanic repaired it for 92 miles! And they wanted me to pay for the broken clutch

The car we hired had not been cleaned and wasnt washed from outside. It felt like someone had just returned thecar and then given to us.
