Great - no issues with Routes

The car I got was better than expected. Instead of Toyota Corolla I got a Kia Forte, very roomy.

I love using easyrentcars. I never have a problem. no problem cancelling if necessary.

No one answered the phone when we called to be picked up from the airport and had to wait an hour, while everyone else got picked up from their shuttle right away. However, the car was better than expected. New 2019 Kia Forte, very nice car. The lady that helped us check in seemed a bit disengaged and uninterested in helping us, but the guy that helped us check out was awesome and fast. Overall, the whole process went fine and price was great, so I would probably rent from here again.

We waited about an hour for pick up at the airport. About another hour to get the rental process complete. Staff was helpful but very busy. Drop off and wait for shuttle back to airport was great.

Hi, it was the first time that I was told by any car rental company that they would not take the car insurance on a credit card. I heard that in Mexico, but never in US.

Like: Marlene was very informative and God is in our vehicle rather quickly
Dislike: The only drawback was that it was not at the airport
