First time renting a car in the US. Everything went smoothly, both picking up and dropping off the car. No pressure to buy extra insurance (probably because I bought full coverage). The location is a bit hard to find as the office is inside a hotel. Had to keep asking around to find it.

Outstanding customer service. Great and empathethic professionals.

Like: The lot attendant was very helpful at COS, noting several missing items and damage on the bumper of the vehicle before I left the lot.
Dislike: The reservation was for a Toyota corolla, but I was given a Hyundai Elantra and was told that there were no corollas available, nor any vehicles which I could be upgraded to. The vehicle was missing the floor mats and there was minor cosmetic damage on both the front an rear bumpers.
