“Long wait at desk”

Took a long time getting the car. Hertz desk was very busy so the waiting time in queue was long. Once at the desk I was told the cars weren’t available and I had to wait. The queuing process was chaotic and disorganised.

“Great car, easy process”

Helpful staff on pickup and drop off. Easily solved issues regarding refuelling. No info anywhere (no sticker on fuel cap, no manual, nothing online etc) about what fuel the car took which was quite stressful. Solved with the help of staff, but should have been more straightforward.
